Falcon's low-cost portable buildings are built inside a 16 gauge vertically corrugated galvanized steel container with heavy-duty, marine-grade wood flooring and a die-stamped steel roof, so they are highly secure and built to last. They sit at ground level for easy access and avoid the hassles of steps, tie-downs, blocking, and leveling.
Standard features for all portable buildings include:
- Air conditioning and heating
- Electrical system and lighting
- Wiring for telephone and Internet connections
- Security windows with rebar
- 1” foil-backed rigid foam (3R rated) in paneled walls and ceiling
We also have 6 different layouts to optimize the habitable and storage space in a variety of creative ways.
We have 4 different floor plans for our 40’ Falcon Portable Buildings to optimize the 320 square feet of available space.
We have 2 different floor plans for our 20’ Falcon Portable Buildings to optimize the 160 square feet of available space.
