Three levels of service to meet your needs
Have you ever ordered something, but you have to wait around all day for it. “It’ll be there sometime on Thursday”. When you ask for the time, all they can tell you is “between 8 am and 6 pm”. It’s frustrating, especially when you don’t have the time to wait in this fast-paced world.
At Falcon Storage, our commitment has always been to find innovative ways to meet the your specific needs. We’ve worked on hard on our operations and offer three different levels of delivery services to better meet your specific needs.
1. First Class Service – Our First Class service is the top of the line delivery service. We will schedule you for a 2-hour arrival window and guarantee that we will deliver it in that timeframe. If not, we’ll give you the delivery for free. This level of service is perfect for those who are on a tight schedule and can’t afford to be waiting all day for a delivery.
2. Premium Service – Our Premium Service guarantees that we will be there either in the morning or the afternoon. This service is ideal if you have some flexibility in your schedule and you can afford to wait… just not all day.
3. Economy Service – Our Economy Service is for those on a tight budget and will be around all day to take delivery of the storage container. Why pay extra if you're going to be there anyway? Our driver will arrive sometime between 8 AM and 4 PM.

Side note: Just clarifying, we're not saying that we'll deliver the container in 2 hours... remember Domino's Pizza did that a few years ago with the 30 minute pizza delivery and that was disastrous! (and containers are much bigger than pizzas!) What we are saying is that we will schedule you for a two hour window and will deliver within that two hour window. Also, the money back guarantee applies to local delivery rates only. If the delivery is outside our standard delivery area, mileage rates are non-refundable and still apply.
